Mike Brown is preparing new season playbook for the Lakers. It looks like Kobe Bryant will play like LeBron James during some plays…
Elliott Teaford reports for the Los Angeles Daily News:
With help from game films and the aid of assistant Chuck Person, the lone holdover from Phil Jackson’s staff, Brown gauged the strengths and weaknesses of each player on the roster. He knew already, but the homework reinforced his perceptions.
“Some of these plays (from Cleveland) will be good with this team, but most of them won’t,” Brown said.
“So, that’s what changed. We basically went page by page, putting this together, typing it up, so we had a new bible offensively for this team.”
